Prayer marathon on the ocassion of Valentine's Day
February 14th is Valentine´s Day.
Love is, for excellence, the universal theme. We all seek for love and to be loved. However, today, it is a difficult task to understand the true meaning of love. Society is constantly overwhelming with messages that go in a contrary direction to what love really is, continually blurring its true sense.
Every time there are more and more young people that, influenced by movies, TV, books , etc., think that love is only a feeling and treat it as such, but the reality is that love goes beyond sentiment.
Therefore, we pray for all young people who begin or are in a relationship, to learn to know one another, to love, to respect, to care, to be patient, to understand, be generous, positive and cheerful ; to base their relationship on the real and true love, the one who forgets oneself in favour of the other.
